Your Partner in Rehabilitation

Movement With Purpose. Care With Heart.

My passion for Exercise Physiology began when I was just eight years old. After witnessing my grandmother experience a stroke, I watched her undertake the challenging journey of relearning how to walk, move, and communicate through rehabilitation and exercise. Seeing the profound impact that movement could have on someone’s independence and quality of life sparked a fascination with healthcare that has stayed with me ever since.

That experience ultimately led me to pursue a career helping others improve their health through movement. After completing a Bachelor of Exercise, Sport and Rehabilitation Science in 2020 and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2022 at Curtin University, I became an Accredited Exercise Physiologist dedicated to delivering evidence-based care that empowers people to live healthier, more active lives.

Why choose Lightning Health Services?

Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand that seeking help can feel overwhelming. For many people, attending a clinic means navigating an unfamiliar environment, meeting new people, and exercising in a setting that may feel intimidating or uncomfortable.

Lightning Health Services was created to remove those barriers. By providing mobile Exercise Physiology services, I can meet clients in an environment where they feel most comfortable, whether that’s at home, work, school, a local park, or their own gym. My goal is to create a supportive and approachable experience that allows us to focus on what truly matters: building confidence, improving health, and helping you achieve your goals through movement.
